Where can I view an order’s status and customer details?

You can see key order and customer information in the Order Info panel:

1. Go to Dashboard → Orders → Orders.
2. Click the order’s Info button (or click the order row).

In the Order Info panel, you can monitor payment/fulfillment statuses (for example, Paid or Abandoned Cart) and view customer details like their location, IP address, and browser.
