The tracking system allows you to easily manage shipped products and keep customers informed by providing tracking numbers and URLs directly through your dashboard.
To add tracking information to a specific order, follow these steps:
Go to your website Dashboard.
Click Orders in the left-hand menu and select Orders from the dropdown.
Locate the relevant order in your list and click the Info button (or click the order row) to open the Order Info panel.
Scroll down in the panel and click the blue Add Tracking Number button.
Configure Tracking Details:
Tracking Number: Enter the unique number provided by your shipping company.
Shipping Carrier: Select your carrier from the provided list or add a custom one.
Tracking URL: Include a direct link to the carrier's tracking page to make it easier for customers to check their status online.
Confirmation Options:
Check Send Shipping Confirmation Email to automatically notify the customer of the update.
Select Apply to all Self-fulfilled items in this order if you want the tracking data to apply to the entire shipment.
Order Monitoring – The Order Info page displays detailed payment and fulfillment statuses (such as "Paid" or "Abandoned Cart"), allowing you to effortlessly track the progress of every transaction.
Customer Experience – Providing a tracking URL alongside the number streamlines the post-purchase experience, reducing the need for manual status inquiries from your buyers.
Real-Time Data – You can view specific customer details, including their location, IP address, and browser used, directly within the Order Info panel for better security and logistics planning.
