You can add tracking details to an order directly from your Dashboard:
- Go to your website Dashboard.
- Click Orders in the left-hand menu and select Orders from the dropdown.
- Find the order and click Info (or click the order row) to open the Order Info panel.
- Scroll down and click the blue Add Tracking Number button.
- Fill in:
- Tracking Number (from your shipping company)
- Shipping Carrier (choose from the list or add a custom one)
- Tracking URL (a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page)
