From the Customers table, click View on a customer to open their profile. Inside the profile you can:
- Review activity: order history, purchase totals, booked services (if relevant), and message threads.
- Use Actions: send a message, view the activity log, or place an order for the customer.
- Edit details: click Edit to update customer info, add an image, and manage notification settings. Note: the customer’s email address can’t be changed.
- Add internal notes/files: under Inside Notes, click Add comment to save internal notes and attach files related to that customer.
