Your subscriptions and products renew automatically by default to help prevent interruptions to your website, domain, or mailbox.
- Timing: Auto-renewal happens within 14 days before the expiration date.
- No lost days: The new term is added to your original expiration date, so you don’t lose any time even if the charge happens early.
- Payment method: The system charges the last credit card used on your account using a secure token from the credit processor.
- If a charge fails: The system will keep trying for up to 45 days, and you can also renew manually from your dashboard during that time.
