Show Phone Numbers on Website Header

Overview

This article explains how to display one or more phone numbers in your SITE123 website header. You will learn how to turn the option on, add additional numbers, select their labels (e.g., Mobile, Office), and save the changes so they appear on every page of your site.

1. Log in to your SITE123 account and open the relevant website in the dashboard.
2. In the left menu, click Design.
3. In the secondary menu that appears, select Header.
4. Find the Show Phone Numbers option and toggle it on. The phone settings button (✏️ Edit) will become active.
5. Click Edit Phone Numbers to open the phone-number manager.
6. In the pop-up, click Add Phone to create a new line.
7. Click the Label drop-down and choose the desired label (e.g., Mobile, Office, Home). If you prefer a custom label, type it and press Enter.
8. Enter the actual phone number in the field provided (include country code if necessary).
9. Repeat steps 6–8 to add additional phone numbers. You can add up to four numbers.
10. When you are finished, click Save to apply the changes, then close the pop-up.
11. Preview your site—your phone numbers now appear in the header on all pages.
