Staff Member Working Hours

You can add staff members as service providers and set their availability/working hours. These settings are reflected in modules like the Booking Page, letting you assign a specific staff member per service (or let users choose).

To set availability and hours:

• Staff Availability: Choose one of:
  • Select days & times
  • Currently unavailable
  • Hide the staff member from the website and interface
• Working hours: If you choose Select days & times, toggle the weekdays they’re available, set daily hours, and click the Plus icon to add a shift.

Note about shifts: Using the Shift option creates gaps of inactivity between shifts. It’s not meant for setting hourly working hours.

Unavailability Reason: If you set a staff member to Currently unavailable, you can choose a reason (e.g., Sick, Vacation, Holiday, or Custom).
