The Credits page shows how many credits you have available to use across the platform. Credits are used for AI-powered features and other actions. Your balance is split into two types - plan credits that reset each billing cycle, and bonus credits that are permanent.
How to View Your Credits
- Click Profile in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Click User Profile in the dropdown.
- Click Credits in the left sidebar.
- The Credits page opens, showing your current balance for both Plan Credits and Bonus Credits.
- Under Plan Credits, the progress bar shows how much of your cycle allowance you have used and how much remains.
- Under Bonus Credits, the total shows your permanent credit balance available to use at any time.
- Click Log at the bottom of the page to view a history of your credit usage.
Notes
- Deduction order - Credits are always deducted from your Plan Credits first. Bonus Credits are only used once your Plan Credits for the current cycle are fully consumed.
- Plan Credits - Plan Credits are tied to your subscription and reset at the start of each billing cycle. The amount available depends on your current plan.
- Bonus Credits - Bonus Credits are permanent and do not expire or reset. They are granted through sign-up promotions and storage package grants.
- Credit log - Click the Log button to see a detailed record of how and when your credits were used.
- Credit Reset - Credits cannot be accumulated and will reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
