What are the mailing list limits for each package, and when do they reset?

Your monthly mailing list sending limit depends on your website package:

• Basic: up to 100 subscribers
• Advanced: up to 1000 subscribers
• Professional: up to 2500 subscribers
• Gold: up to 10000 subscribers
• Platinum: up to 50000 subscribers

Important: This limitation resets once a month, even if you don’t send any emails. Unused sends do not roll over to the next month.

Tip: If you have a large list, you can manage campaigns by splitting subscribers into smaller groups and sending to each group separately.

Note: Every email automatically includes an unsubscribe option at the bottom.
