At the top of the Orders screen, use filters to quickly narrow down what you’re looking for:
- Payment Status: Unpaid, Paid, Refunded, Abandoned Cart, or In Progress
- Custom Tags: Click Tag to add to create color-coded tags (e.g., “VIP”, “Urgent”). You can then filter using Select Tag.
- Date Range: Choose a start/end date to view orders from a specific period
- Orders/Archive: Switch between your active Orders List and Archive Orders
- Order origin: Filter by All Orders, Store Orders, or QuickPay Orders
- Status: New, In progress, Completed, or Cancelled
