You can adjust what visitors see and how your Gallery behaves using the gear (settings) icon, and you can also switch the overall Gallery layout (like Grid or Carousel/Slideshow).
Info bar & social icons
- In the Gallery editor, click the gear icon.
- To change the info bar location: under Information bar position, pick a location from the dropdown.
- To hide items: choose Hide Information Bar or Hide Social Icons Only.
Downloads / printing
- Enable buttons: Add download image and print image button
- Reduce downloading: Prevent Image Downloading
Important: Preventing downloads can only make it harder (for example, disabling right-click). It isn’t possible to fully prevent image downloading on the web.
Layouts & section settings
- Click Layouts to change the overall arrangement/style (e.g., Grid, Carousel/Slideshow, and more).
- Use the gear icon for section settings (options vary by layout), such as editing text, setting how many items display, adjusting backgrounds, adding animations, or choosing a shape divider.
Note: Some options are available only on premium plans. Also, there’s no fixed limit on how many images/videos you can add—practical limits depend on your plan and included storage.
