You can manage the core security and functional settings of your account—such as your email, password, and regional preferences directly from your User Profile. Keeping these details up to date ensures your account remains secure and tailored to your local time and language.
Go to your Dashboard.
Click the Profile Icon ( Silhouette Icon) in the top corner of the side menu.
Select User Profile from the drop-down menu.
Manage your login credentials and account protection within these tabs:
Change Password – Enter your current password, then provide and confirm a new one.
Change Email Address – Enter a new email address and confirm with your password. An automated confirmation link will be sent to your previous email address to finalize the change.
Two-Factor Authentication (Security) – Activate this feature to add an extra layer of protection to your account login.
Access Logs – Review your login history and the IP addresses used to access your account for security monitoring.
Customize how you interact with the platform:
Language – Change the language for your entire account, including the Website Editor interface.
Time Zone – Set your local time zone to ensure all site data and scheduled tasks align with your local time.
Integration – Link or unlink Google or Facebook accounts to enable quick login options.
Remove Account – Permanently delete your account, which will remove your website and all associated products.
Manage your payment methods used for purchasing your package or products
It is important to note that we do not store or have access to your full payment method information (i.e., your full credit card number or PayPal account information). Auto Renewal, when active, is done using the reusable token provided by your payment provider.
Under this tab, you will see the payment method associated token, the payment method type (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal), expiration date, and last four digits.
Use the Delete Button to permanently remove a payment method from the list.
Email Access – You must have access to your original account email to confirm any changes to your login address.
Editor Language – Changing the account language will automatically update the language used within the Website Editor for a more comfortable building experience.
Account Deletion – Use the "Remove Account" option with extreme caution, as it permanently wipes all your sites and related data.
