You can manage items on the Numbers page in two ways:
- Directly on the page: Hover over an item to open the toolbar, then Edit, Duplicate, Rearrange (arrows), or Delete (trash icon).
- Using the Manage button: Click Manage to open the list, drag items to reorder them, or use the three dots menu to Edit, Duplicate, Preview, or Delete.
