Click the Info button on any order to open the details panel. From there you can:
- View Customer Info: name, email, physical address, IP address, and browser used
- Add Tracking: Click Add Tracking Number to enter the shipping carrier and a direct tracking URL
- Review Items & Summary: items, quantities, totals, including Tax and Shipping
- Check Order Activity: a timestamped log of status changes, payment dates, and tags; use Add Comment to add notes
