This article explains how to display an email address in the website header, edit the address list, set the email‐icon click action, and verify the change in the live preview while working inside the SITE123 editor.
Steps to reproduce:
- Log in to the SITE123 dashboard.
- In the main left menu, click Design.
- Inside the design panel, open Header settings (third tab in the design navigation bar).
- Toggle Show Email so it is enabled.
- Click Edit Emails to open the email management popup.
- In the popup, click the empty email field and type info@site123.com to add it to the list.
- Open the Email Click Action dropdown and choose the required action (e.g., “Send Email”).
- (Optional) Enable or disable Auto-reply message according to your needs.
- Press Save to apply all changes and close the popup.
- In the live preview (right-hand side), click the email icon in the header to make sure the email list or mail client opens as expected.
- Close the preview popup to return to the editor.
After saving, the new address appears in the header email dropdown and the selected click action is triggered correctly. Your visitors will now see the updated email information in the site header.
