SimplyBook.me is a comprehensive online scheduling solution designed for businesses of all sizes. It allows you to define your specific services and staff members while displaying real-time availability, making it easy for clients to book appointments directly from your site.
To link your booking page, you will need the unique "Company Name" identifier you chose when creating your SimplyBook.me account.
Log in to your SimplyBook.me account (or create one at simplybook.me).
Look at your dashboard URL; your Company Name is the part of the URL before ".simplybook.me".
Alternatively, you can find this in your Settings under Company Information.
SimplyBook.me is integrated as a dedicated page on your website to provide a full-screen booking experience for your clients.
In your Website Editor, click the Pages tab.
Click the Add New Page button.
Select the App Market tab and search for SimplyBook.me.
Click Add to create the new page.
Now, connect your scheduling platform to the newly created page.
Find the SimplyBook.me page in your page list and click the Edit button.
In the Application ID field, enter your SimplyBook.me Company Name (or the unique snippet provided in their widget settings).
Click Save.
To make your booking system live and available to your customers, you must update your website:
Click the Publish button in the top corner of your editor.
Tip: You can sync SimplyBook.me with your personal Google or Outlook calendar to ensure you never get double-booked.
