JivoChat is an all-in-one business messenger that allows you to communicate with visitors through live chat, phone, email, and social media. By offering a multi-channel connection, you ensure that you never miss an opportunity to engage with a potential customer.
To connect the service, you need to retrieve your unique Widget ID from your JivoChat dashboard.
Log in to your JivoChat account (or sign up at jivochat.com).
Go to Manage > Channels in the sidebar.
Click Settings next to the website channel you created.
Navigate to the Installation tab.
Locate your unique Widget ID (this is the alphanumeric code found within the provided script snippet).
Once you have your ID, follow these steps to integrate the chat widget:
In your Website Editor, click the Settings (gear icon) and select Plugins.
Click the Add New button and select Add New Plugin.
Type JivoChat in the search bar and click the Add button.
In the Application ID field, paste your unique Widget ID.
Set the Enable toggle to Yes.
Click Save.
To make the JivoChat widget active on your live site, you must push the update:
Click the Publish button in the top corner of your editor.
