The Testimonials Page enhances your website's credibility by showcasing real stories and positive feedback from clients. By displaying visible ratings and authentic quotes, you offer prospective customers relatable experiences that foster trust.
To get started with your Testimonials section:
In the Website Editor, go to your Page List.
Find the Testimonials Page in your current list or select Add New Page to create it.
Edit the page Title and Slogan.
You can manage Testimonials Page Information directly from the page or through the item list:
Direct Management - Hover your mouse cursor over a Testimonial to reveal a toolbar where you can Edit the testimonial Information, Duplicate (Pages Icon) the testimonials, Rearrange them using arrows, or Delete (Trashcan Icon) them.
Manage Button - Click Manage to open the Testimonial Item list, where you can drag items to reposition them or use the Three Dots Icon to Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.
Image Updates - Click a Testimonial image from the Testimonial Page to change it directly from the page, or use the Edit option to Update, change, or edit the image using the Edit With AI Image Editor Tool (Magic Wand Icon).
Repositioning: Once saved, you can click the arrows icon next to an item in the list and drag it to change the order in which testimonials appear on your page.
Editing/Deleting: Click the three dots icon next to any existing testimonial to edit its details, duplicate it, or delete it from the page.
To add a new entry to your Testimonials page, use the following steps within the Website Editor:
Locate the Testimonials page and click the Manage button to open the items list.
Click the Add New Item button.
Configure Testimonial Content:
Testimonials Text: Enter the specific quote or feedback from your customer.
Use TextAI: Click the TextAI icon to let the system generate or refine professional testimonial text.
Customer Details: Please enter the customer name and a brief description, such as their job title or company, for context.
Rating: Use the dropdown menu to select a star rating (e.g., 5 stars) to highlight the customer's satisfaction.
Organize and Add Media:
Category: Expand the Category dropdown to assign the testimonial to an existing group or click Add Category to create a new one, such as "Services" or "Products".
Image: Click Select in the Image section to upload a photo of the customer or select one from the library to make the feedback more visually engaging.
Link and Link Text - Add a link that will be displayed in the testimonial
Review your changes and click the Save button.
Use the AI tools to quickly populate your testimonial page with AI:
Add Testimonials - Click the Plus Icon or Magic Wand button in your testimonial list. Provide a Focus word or sentence. The tool will generate content based on your Focius word and your website's data.
Customize the visual presentation of your Testimonoals section:
Layouts - Click the Layouts button to change the overall arrangement and style of the page. This affects both the way the page looks and the way testimonials are displayed, for example, text without quotation.
Gear Icon (Settings) - Access the section settings to edit text, set the number of displayed items, adjust backgrounds, add animations, or choose a shape divider.
Note: Gear Icon options will vary depending on the selected Layout
Direct, User Testimonials - Users cannot directly add testimonials to your website, each testimonial you receive from your users can only be added manually
Authenticity – Personalizing testimonials with direct quotes and background details about the clients helps make them feel more real and trustworthy.
Dynamic Updates – Regularly adding new testimonials keeps your content fresh and reflects your business's ongoing growth and customer satisfaction.
Mobile Optimized – Like all pages, the testimonials section is fully responsive and will automatically adjust to look professional on smartphones and tablets.
Real-Time Preview: All changes are immediately visible in the editor's preview window, though you must click Publish for them to go live for your visitors.
