Use the Testimonials page to showcase genuine customer feedback. Follow the instructions below to create a brand-new testimonial, complete with a customer name, title, description generated by AI, a rating, and a category.
Sign in to your SITE123 account • Open the manager login link you received (it redirects to the Website Wizard). • Enter your SITE123 email (e.g., support-center@site123.com) and password, then press Login.
Open the Testimonials page in the editor • In the left sidebar, click Pages. • Locate Testimonials in the list and click its row to reveal the items manager.
Add a new testimonial • Inside the items manager (it loads in an iframe), click Add New. • If shown, hit AI Suggestion (Suggest Text) to let the system draft content for you.
Provide customer information • Customer Name – type Art World. • Short Description – type Talent or keep the AI-generated version.
Generate & apply AI text (optional) • Click Generate to produce sample testimonial text. • From the list of suggestions, click Apply next to the text you like.
Finalize title, rating, and category • Name – re-enter Art World (this is the label shown on the site). • Title – enter Gallery. • Rating – open the drop-down and pick the desired number of stars (in this example, 5).
Create or assign a category (optional) • Expand the category drop-down and choose Add Category. • Type Art and press Enter to save it.
Add an image (optional) • Click the image upload area, choose or upload a photo that represents the customer.
Save your changes • Press Save / Add (green button) to store the testimonial. • Re-order items if needed by dragging them in the list.
Preview your site • Use the site preview or publish to confirm the testimonial appears as expected.
You have successfully added a new testimonial titled "Gallery" by the customer "Art World," assigned a 5-star rating, placed it under the "Art" category, and saved it. Repeat these steps to enrich your Testimonials page with more customer feedback.
