You can customize the App version of your website to create a smoother experience for visitors who add your site to their mobile device or desktop.
Important: This is not a downloadable app from the App Store or Google Play.
Instead, it is a shortcut that opens your website in an app-like format on supported devices.
To manage your website’s App version settings:
Open your website editor
Click Settings in the top menu
Select App Settings
A side panel will open where you can adjust the options below.
Choose what visitors will see first when they open the app shortcut:
Regular Mobile Homepage
Client Zone
Online Store
Once a user taps the App icon, the website will open directly to the option you selected.
Control what logo appears when the App version launches:
Display your uploaded logo
Automatically generate an icon based on your website name
Set the background color shown when the App version opens:
Black
White
Website Main Color
This option is currently available only on Android devices.
Enable a pop-up that informs visitors they can add your website to their device as an app shortcut.
