Step 1: Get Your 123FormBuilder Form ID

To show a specific 123FormBuilder form on your site, you’ll need its unique Form ID (a numeric string).

1. Log in to your 123FormBuilder account (or sign up at 123formbuilder.com).
2. Go to My Forms and open the form you want to display.
3. Open the form’s Publish section.
4. Look in Embed or Direct Link and copy the Form ID (it’s the numeric string at the end of the form URL or inside the embed code).
