How to Manage Inventory

You can update stock levels and availability from Store > Management > Inventory, then choose the method that fits your workflow.

• Automatically Manage Inventory: Open a specific product, go to its Inventory tab, enable automatic inventory tracking, and set the quantity. The system tracks sales and alerts you when stock is low.
• Manual Management: Turn automatic inventory OFF, then manually switch items between In Stock and Out of Stock.
• Direct Editing (bulk/fast updates): In the All Products tab, click the Inventory button to quickly update availability for multiple products.
