You can keep stock levels accurate by managing inventory automatically or manually.
- From your store homepage, click Store.
- Go to Management and select Inventory.
- Choose how you want to manage stock:
- Automatically Manage Inventory: In a specific product’s Inventory tab, enable automatic inventory, set the quantity, and the system will track sales and alert you when stock is low.
- Manual Management: Turn automatic inventory OFF to manually switch items between In Stock and Out of Stock.
- Direct Editing: From Management > Inventory, quickly update availability for multiple items at once.
Note (Offline Payments): If a customer pays offline (e.g., bank transfer), you must manually update the order status to Paid for inventory to adjust correctly.
