The Auto-Renewal feature ensures your website operates without interruption by eliminating the need for manual renewals, which can sometimes lead to unexpected downtime. This is a critical tool for maintaining continuous availability for your users, and it can be toggled on or off at your convenience.
Go to your website Dashboard.
Access your Website Collection by clicking the Squares Icon at the top left or right of your dashboard, depending on your interface language.
Select Billing from the side menu
On the side menu, click My Products to see all subscriptions and products ordered on your account.
Check the Automatic Renewal column to see if your products are currently set to "Yes".
Click Edit to change the setting to either Enabled or Disabled.
Service Protection – Keeping Auto-Renewal enabled acts as a safety net, preventing your website, domain, or mailboxes from being taken down if you forget a manual expiration date.
Immediate Control – You have the flexibility to change this setting for individual products at any time without affecting other active services.
Billing Awareness – When enabled, the system typically attempts to process the renewal charge 14 days before the expiration date to ensure there is plenty of time to resolve any potential payment issues.
