When upgrading your website to a higher tier, you retain your current plan duration while gaining access to the expanded features and options offered by the superior package. This allows you to scale your site's capabilities as your needs grow without waiting for your current term to end.
Go to your website Dashboard.
Click the Account button (or the circle icon) at the top corner.
Select Billing and Products from the list.
Inside the My Products tab, locate the website you wish to upgrade.
Click Change Plan next to that specific website.
Select your new preferred package and click Order Now.
The system simplifies the transition by only requiring you to pay the difference between the two tiers:
Prorated Payment – If you upgrade from a Basic to an Advanced package, you only pay the price difference for the time remaining in your current billing cycle.
Instant Feature Access – Once the upgrade is processed, all features of the higher package (such as expanded storage or advanced e-commerce tools) become available immediately.
Quick Access – You can also initiate an upgrade directly from your website Dashboard by clicking the button displaying your current package name and selecting Change Plan.
Consistency – Upgrading does not reset or change the expiration date of your current plan; it simply enhances the features for the remainder of that term.
Package Limit – Remember that Premium Packages are per website, so an upgrade only applies to the specific site you selected in the "My Products" list.
