To add the reservation system to your website:
Open the Website Editor.
Click the New Page button (orange) at the top of the left-hand panel.
In the search bar, type "Restaurant Reservations".
Select a template and click the green Add button.
Once the page is added, you can customize how your bookings function by clicking the Edit (gear icon) on the Restaurant Reservations item in the side menu.
The Basic Settings tab allows you to define the core rules of your reservation system.
Min/Max Table Size: Use the slider to set the allowed range of guests per booking (e.g., 2 – 8 people).
Confirmation Style: * Manual: You must manually approve each request.
Auto: Bookings are confirmed instantly if they meet your criteria.
Grace Period: Set how many minutes a table will be held for a late arrival.
Advance Notice: Determine how much lead time you need before a booking (e.g., 2 hours in advance).
Email Notifications: Choose "Custom emails" and enter the Email Receiver to ensure your staff is alerted when a new reservation is made.
Contact Information: Fill in your business Address and Phone number to be displayed on the booking page.
Use the More Info text editor to provide additional context for your diners.
Add descriptions of your atmosphere or cuisine.
Include special instructions regarding parking or dress code.
Use the TextAI tool to help generate a professional description for you.
The Open Hours section ensures that customers can only book tables during your active business hours.
Choose the schedule that fits your operations (e.g., Monday – Sunday).
Status Toggles: Use the green switches to enable or disable bookings for specific days of the week.
Shifts: For each active day, set the start and end times (e.g., 11:00 – 21:00).
Multiple Shifts: Click the (+) icon to add break times or separate lunch and dinner service hours.
When a customer visits the page, they will see a clean interface to:
Choose Table Size.
Select a Day (based on your open hours).
Pick an available Time slot.
Submit their contact details to finalize the request.
