To link Tidio to your website, you will need to retrieve your unique Public Key from your Tidio dashboard.
Log in to your Tidio account (or create one at tidio.com).
Go to the Settings icon on the bottom left of your dashboard.
Click on Channels and then select Live Chat.
Look for the Installation section and locate your Public Key (this is a unique string of characters).
Once you have your key, follow these steps to activate the chat widget:
In your Website Editor, click the Settings (gear icon) and select Plugins.
Click the Add New button and select Add New Plugin.
Type Tidio in the search bar and click the Add button.
In the Application ID field, paste the Public Key you copied from Tidio.
Set the Enable toggle to Yes.
Click Save.
To make the Tidio chat widget appear on your live website, you must apply the updates:
Click the Publish button in the top corner of your editor.
