You can build your Custom Form Builder form directly from your website Dashboard:
- Go to Pages and select your Custom Form Builder page.
- Click the Form Builder tab in the top-left menu.
- Use the left sidebar to Add Fields, such as:
- Standard Fields: Text, Email, Date, Number, Phone Number
- Selection Fields: Select dropdowns, Checkboxes, Checkbox Groups, Radio Groups
- Layout & Content: Header, Paragraph, Two Columns, File Upload
- Click the green Save button to store your form structure.
