Integrating Printful Dropshipping with your online store allows you to design custom products and sell them globally without managing inventory or shipping yourself. Printful handles the production and fulfillment, while you focus on design and sales.
To begin, you need to install the Printful app through your store management settings:
On your Dashboard, enter your Store settings.
Navigate to Management > Dropshipping > Providers.
Locate Printful and click Install App.
A window will open allowing you to Sign In to an existing account or Create a New Account.
Select Sell Online as your store type and authorize the connection between Printful and your website.
In your Store settings, go to the Dropshipping tab, find Printful, and click Open App.
Inside your Printful account, click Add Product.
Create Your Design: Choose a product and use the design tool to upload your artwork (must be in JPG or PNG format).
Configure Details: Select a Mockup Option, edit the Product Title, and set your Retail Pricing.
Save: Once saved, the product will automatically appear in your store.
Automatic Sync – Items added via Printful are managed like regular products in your store, but configurations like price variants must be edited within your Printful account.
Fulfillment – Printful handles the shipping for all Printful-branded items purchased from your store.
Mixed Carts – If a customer buys both regular store items and Printful items, they will see two distinct shipping rates at checkout: one for your local items and one based on Printful's rates.
Real-Time Updates – Any changes made to product characteristics in your Printful account will automatically reflect on your store.
File Formats – Ensure your designs are high-resolution JPG or PNG files for the best print quality.
External Integration – You can also upload designs directly from Dropbox within the Printful design tool.
