LinkedIn Ads Remarketing (Insight Tag) helps you build your brand, raise awareness, and generate high-quality leads by reaching LinkedIn members. By adding the remarketing code, you can track conversions and retarget visitors who have already interacted with your website.
To connect the service, you need to retrieve your unique Partner ID (also known as the Insight Tag ID) from your LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Log in to your LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Click on the Analyze tab in the sidebar and select Insight Tag.
Click Manage Insight Tag and select See tag.
Choose the option I will use a tag manager.
Locate and copy your Partner ID (a unique numeric string).
Once you have your ID, follow these steps to integrate it with your website:
In your Website Editor, click the Settings (gear icon) and select Plugins.
Click the Add New button and select Add New Plugin.
Type Linkedin Ads in the search bar and click the Add button.
In the Application ID field, paste the Partner ID you copied from LinkedIn.
Set the Enable toggle to Yes.
Click Save.
To activate the tracking and begin building your remarketing audience, you must apply the changes:
Click the Publish button in the top corner of your editor.
Note: After publishing, it may take up to 24 hours for LinkedIn to verify the tag and for the status to change to "Active" in your Campaign Manager dashboard.
