Keep track of the products you have ordered and the payments you've made to ensure your account remains in good standing. This section allows you to manage your active services and access financial records for your business.
Go to your website Dashboard.
Access your Website Collection by clicking the Squares Icon at the top left or right of your dashboard, depending on your interface language.
Select Billing from the side menu
Once inside, you can manage three key areas of your account:
My Products - View all your purchased items, such as Premium Packages, Domains, and Mailboxes. From here, you can manually renew services or toggle the automatic renewal option on or off.
My Invoices - Access a complete history of your transactions, where you can view or download specific invoices for your records.
Invoice Details - Enter or update the billing information you want to appear on future invoices.
Invoice Adjustments - Be aware that you cannot change the details of an invoice that has already been issued using the "Invoice Details" tool; changes only apply to future billing.
Renewal Control - Monitoring your "My Products" list is the best way to prevent accidental expiration of your domain or website hosting.
Tax Compliance - Keeping your "Invoice Details" up to date ensures your downloaded receipts contain the correct legal or business information required for your local tax filings.
