Add and Manage Media in the Gallery

When you first add a Gallery page, it may include placeholder images and a default album. You can delete the placeholders, rename the album, and upload your own media.

1. Open the Gallery page and click Edit.
2. Click Add Media.
3. Select how you want to add items:

• Upload media to the bottom (adds to the end of the selected album)
• Upload media to the top (adds to the beginning of the selected album)
• YouTube/Vimeo (paste a YouTube or Vimeo link)

Upload options: drag & drop files into the upload area, or click to choose files from your computer. You can also import from external sources (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Photos, Dropbox, and more).

Supported file formats

• Images: .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif, bmp, .svg, webp, .tiff, .avif, .heic
• Video: .mp4, .m4v, .mov, .avi, .wmv, .webm, .flv

Reorder items: drag an image (or video) within an album to change its position.
