Adding Terms of Service to your website helps set clear rules and expectations for your users.

To add the Terms of Service to your website's footer, follow these steps:
In the top navigation of the Website Editor, click Design.
Select Footer from the drop-down Menu.
On the side menu, locate Terms of Service and toggle the Option On.
Once the Terms of Service are added, you can customize the content that your visitors will see:
In the footer edit menu, click the Edit button under the Terms of Service
Edit the Title field, and add your Terms of Service content using the text editor. Read more about the Text Editor.
Check the NoIndex checkbox if you do not wish your Terms of Service to be scanned by search engines.
