In Website Editor → Design → Footer, use the Marketing and Legal Tools section to enable and configure:
- Promotion Pop-ups: Create pop-up banners and control when they appear, how often they show, and their text/images/design.
- Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement: Turn each one on and click Edit to enter your content. You can optionally enable NoIndex to prevent search engines from indexing these pages.
- Cookie Consent Banner: Enable it, then click Edit to customize the banner message and button label.
