Adding action buttons to your site header is a quick way to direct visitors to the most important areas of your website, such as a pricing page or contact form. These prominent calls-to-action stay visible site-wide, helping drive conversions to the pages that matter most.
To display action buttons in your header, follow these steps:
In the top navigation bar of the Website Editor, click Design.
In the Design panel, select Header.
Toggle Show Action Buttons to ON.
Enter the desired labels for your buttons (e.g., "Join Us" or "Contact") in the two fields that appear.
You can customize where each button leads and how it looks by clicking the settings (chevron) icon next to the button field:
Type - Select the link destination, such as an internal page, external URL, or file download.
Scroll to Section - Link the button to a specific section on the current page for single-page layouts.
Style - Choose a visual style that matches your design, such as Primary, Secondary, or Outline.
Reorder - Drag the buttons up or down to change their position in the header.
Ensure your new buttons are active and correctly linked:
Click Save or Publish to apply the changes to your live website.
Preview your site to confirm the buttons are visible and lead to the correct destinations.
Site-Wide Visibility - Once enabled, these buttons remain visible across all pages of your website.
Call-to-Action Limit - You can enable up to two dedicated action buttons within the header area.
Immediate Updates - Changes to button text or style are reflected as soon as you save your progress in the editor.
