Adding action buttons to your site header is a quick way to direct visitors to the most important areas of your website—whether that’s a pricing page, contact form, or any other call-to-action. This guide shows you how to enable the header buttons and customize their text, destination, and style in the SITE123 editor.

- Log in to your SITE123 account and open the website you wish to edit.
- From the main dashboard, click Design in the top navigation bar.
- In the Design panel, choose Header (the third item in the secondary menu).
- Toggle Show Action Buttons to ON. Two button fields will appear.
- Click inside the first field and enter the label you want (e.g.,
Button One
). - Click inside the second field and enter a label for the second button (e.g.,
Button Two
). - To configure the first button, click the settings (chevron) icon next to it, then:
- Type – select where the button will link (external URL, internal page, file download, etc.).
- Scroll to Section – link the button to a specific section on the same page if you’re using a single-page layout.
- Style – choose the visual style (Primary, Secondary, Outline, etc.).
- Repeat the previous step for the second button if needed.
- (Optional) Drag the buttons up or down if you need to reorder them.
- Click Save or Publish to apply the changes to your live website.
