The Floating Contact Button (also called the Magic Button) lets visitors reach you instantly through a phone call, Telegram, WhatsApp, e-mail, or any other channel you decide to display. You can enable it from the editor and fully control which contact methods, colors, and greeting messages appear on every page of your site.
To activate the floating contact button on your website, follow these steps:
In the left panel of the Website Editor, click Design.
From the Design sub-menu, select Buttons & Icons.
Locate the Magic Button (Floating Contact Button) section and toggle the switch to ON.
Click Edit to open the Magic Button settings window.
Once the editor is open, you can personalize how the button functions and looks:
Contact Methods - Choose the channels you want to show, such as adding a tap-to-call icon for Phone or including messengers like Telegram.
Style - Customize the look by picking a quick color swatch or using the full color picker for a custom shade.
Greeting Message - Type a short welcome line to greet visitors when they interact with the button.
Ensure your changes are live for your visitors:
Press Save to update the preview immediately.
Close the settings window and preview your live site to verify each contact option works as expected.
Click Publish to push the changes online.
Visitor Engagement - Adding this button helps boost engagement and response rates by providing instant access to your team.
Corner Placement - The button will appear at the bottom corner of your site across every page once enabled.
Multi-Channel Support - You can display multiple contact methods simultaneously to give your visitors their preferred choice of communication.
