The Floating Contact Button lets visitors reach you instantly through a phone call, Telegram, WhatsApp, e-mail, or any other channel you decide to display. You can enable it from the editor and fully control which contact methods, colors, and greeting messages appear on every page of your site.
To activate the floating contact button on your website, follow these steps:
In the Top Menu of the Website Editor, click Design.
From the Design sub-menu, select Footer
On the side menu, locate the Floating Contact Button, and toggle the switch to ON.
Click Edit to open the Floating Contact Button settings window.
You can personalize how the button functions and looks:
Contact Methods - Choose the channels you want to show, such as: Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Microsoft Teams
Style - Customize the look by picking a quick color swatch or using the full color picker for a custom shade.
Greeting Message - Check this option and add a short message to greet your users.
Note: Color will affect only the color of the floating button, not the color of your contact methods icons.
Ensure your changes are live for your visitors:
Press Save to update the preview immediately.
Close the settings window and preview your live site to verify each contact option works as expected.
Click Publish to push the changes online.
Visitor Engagement - Adding this button helps boost engagement and response rates by providing instant access to your team.
Corner Placement - The button will appear at the bottom corner of your site across every page once enabled.
Multi-Channel Support - You can display multiple contact methods simultaneously to give your visitors their preferred choice of communication.
