The Floating Contact Button (also called the Magic Button) lets visitors reach you instantly through a phone call, Telegram, WhatsApp, e-mail, or any other channel you decide to display. You can enable it from the SITE123 editor and fully control which contact methods, colors, and greeting messages appear on every page of your site.
Steps to reproduce:
- Sign in to your SITE123 account and open the website you’d like to edit.
- In the left panel, click Design.
- From the Design sub-menu select Buttons & Icons (4th item in the list).
- Locate the Magic Button (Floating Contact Button) section and toggle the switch to ON.
- Click Edit to open the Magic Button settings window.
- In the Contact Methods tab choose the channels you want to show:
• Click Phone to add a tap-to-call icon.
• Click Telegram (or any other service) to include additional messengers.
- Switch to the Style tab to customize the look:
• Pick a quick color swatch (e.g., black or white) or open the full color picker for a custom shade.
- Open the Greeting Message tab and type a short welcome line if you wish the button to greet visitors.
- Press Save. The preview on the right updates immediately.
- Close the settings window, then preview your live site. You will see the new floating button at the bottom corner. Click it to verify each contact option works as expected.
- When you are satisfied, click Publish to push the changes online.
You’ve successfully added and customized a Floating Contact Button. Visitors can now reach you through the channels you enabled, boosting engagement and response rates in just a few clicks.
