Choosing the right website structure depends on the amount of content you have and the specific goals of your business. You are able to switch between three primary structures: Single Page, Multipage, and Landing Page.
You can update your site's structure at any time through the editor settings:
In the top menu bar of the Website Editor, click Settings.
Select Website Type from the dropdown list.
Choose your preferred format: Single Page, Multipage, or Landing Page.
Single Page – Displays all pages on one long, scrolling screen. Clicking a menu link scrolls the visitor to the relevant section. This is ideal for smaller websites or businesses providing concise information.
Multipage – Shows every page separately. Clicking a menu link redirects the visitor to a completely new page. This is the best choice for larger sites with extensive content, such as E-commerce stores or Blogs.
Landing Page – Converts your entire site into a focused, single-purpose format designed to drive a specific action, such as a product purchase or email signup. It removes distractions to maximize conversion rates.
SEO and Navigation – Multipage sites are generally better for complex SEO strategies, while Single Page sites offer a faster, more linear user experience on mobile devices.
Conversion Focus – Landing pages are often used for temporary marketing campaigns or specific product launches where you want the user to follow a single path.
Content Volume – If you find your Single Page site becoming too long or cluttered, switching to a Multipage layout can help organize your information more effectively.
