Adding a mailing-list subscription box to your footer is a quick way to collect visitor emails on every page of your site. The option is managed from the Design section of your SITE123 editor and lets you both enable the feature and customize the text visitors see.
Steps to reproduce:
- Log in to your SITE123 account and open the relevant website in the editor.
- From the top bar, select Design.
- In the secondary Design menu, choose Footer (4th item in the list).
- Locate the setting Show Mailing List and switch it on.
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon that appears next to the toggle.
- In Input Placeholder, write the text you want to show inside the email field (e.g., "Enter your email").
- In Button Text, enter the call-to-action that will appear on the subscribe button (e.g., "Subscribe").
- Press Save to apply your changes.
Your mailing-list sign-up form is now active in the footer across your site. Visitors can subscribe from any page, helping you grow your audience effortlessly. You can return to the same Footer settings at any time to change the placeholder, button text, or turn the feature off.
