This article explains how to enable the Privacy Policy link in your website’s footer and edit its content from the SITE123 editor.
Log in to your SITE123 account. • Navigate to the login page (e.g. https://app.site123-staging.com/manager/login/...). • Enter your username and password, then click Login.
Open the Design settings. • Once inside the website editor (Wizard), click Design in the top-bar navigation.
Access the Footer settings. • In the Design side-menu, select the Footer tab (4th item in the submenu).
Turn on the Privacy Policy link. • Scroll to the list of footer elements. • Enable the checkbox labeled Privacy Policy (7th item in the list).
Edit the Privacy Policy text.
• Click Edit (the pencil icon or Edit button) next to the Privacy Policy option.
• A settings window opens inside an iframe.
• Click the Title field to change the heading that appears on the Privacy Policy page.
• Click inside the text editor to update the policy content as needed.
Save your changes. • When finished, click Save at the bottom of the privacy-policy editor. • Close the editor; your footer now shows the Privacy Policy link pointing to the updated text.
You have successfully activated the Privacy Policy link in your site’s footer and customized its content. Visitors will now see the link in the footer and can read the policy you configured.
